“ Lusk, Horne and Wilkins are all wrong if they believe the non-elect covenant member has true regeneration or that true regeneration can be reversed somehow. However, I think all three of them (and every other FV advocate) would agree that the “true believer” (the decretally elect) cannot have their faith extinguished or their regeneration lost. I believe all three of them say as much in “The Federal Vision”.
